This article is to explain how foreigners apply for a China-issue police clearance certificate in Shenyang, for purposes of marriage, immigration, employment or school admission.

Shenyang Police Clearance Certificate - Required Documents
1 Passports
Your passport which used in Shenyang & your passport which is valid now.
We do not ask for original passport for the application in Shenyang, as 1:1 scan copy will be fine.
2 Registration Form of Temporary Residence
If you do not have the registration form, you need to check your documents for 4 and 5.
3 Letter of Authorization
A letter of authorization is the document showing that the applicant authorize us to all relevent work for obtaining PCC. It somehow likes a power of attorney.
4 Alien Employment Permit, Foreign Expert Permit or Foreign Work Permit (Optional)

5 Graduation Certificate or Degree Certificate (Optional)

Process Time: 10 working days.
According to our experience, it takes 10 working days to get the police clearance issued, notarized and translated in Shenyang.
We will submit paperwork at the Exit and Entry Administration of Shenyang Public Security Bureau (PSB) to check whether the applicant has crime. The police clearance will be sent to the notary office after checking with the police system. The original police clearance will be kept by the notary office, the applicant will get the notarial certificate of police clearance.
